TGI Fridays, Central Park Mall Jakarta

Last Wednesday evening, I had a dinner with an old friend at TGI Fridays, Central Park. I really enjoyed the catch-up time with him again and also the food. The only thing that I did not enjoy at this restaurant that evening was the bad service; how difficult to get the waitress and waiter attention, how slow the service by the waitress when we asked for her assistance such as bringing pepper and refill the empty glass, and also how rude the waiter was when he tried to offer us for a dessert.

The Kitchen by Pizza Hut, Neo Soho Mall Jakarta

Yesterday, I went to Neo Soho Mall, a new mall that located just across Central Park mall. Neo Soho Mall is connected to Central Park mall by Eco-Skywalk Footbridge and East Tunnel.

At the East Tunnel, there are many restaurants. One of them is Pizza Hut that uses an open kitchen restaurant concept. People have to be in line and directly order the desired food and then pay at the cashier. The food will be brought by the waitress to the table  as soon as it is ready.

Despite of the rumor lately saying that Pizza Hut in Indonesia is using expired ingredients, people are still eating Pizza Hut and so am I :)
