Japanese Breakfast

Seriously.... I LOVE Japanese food!!!

Intercontinental Resort - Jimbaran Bali

I was in Bali again. This time, I spent my time in Bali for 4 days and 3 nights. I actually didn't go out from the hotel at all until a couple of hours before I flew back to Jakarta.

Wednesday
I stayed at Intercontinental Bali Resort Jimbaran, a 5 stars hotel in Jimbaran bay area. It's a very nice big hotel on a 14 hectares land. There are more than 400 guests rooms and 16 suites, 4 restaurants, and 2 spas. I was already feeling so comfortable and happy without going outside the hotel.

The pond.

Live traditional Bali music's playing in the garden.

My room  (USD 150 ++ per-night)

The view from my room.

First night dinner at Ko, a Japanese restaurant inside the hotel.
(a la carte).

Thursday
Lunch at Sunset Bar & Grill,
(set menu - USD 45 ++)

The grilled chicken tasted so delicious. And for the dessert, the cheese cakes was heavenly. I wish I could have another one

The pool area

Dinner at Bella Singaraja, an Italian restaurant
(Set menu USD 40++)
The food was decent.
Appetizer: Gamberoni alla griglia - tropical fruits, rocket salad, passionfruit dressing
Main course: Ossobucco alla Romana - Saffron risotto with Kenya beans and green pepper and zucchini pomodoro
Dessert: Warm chocolate pudding - hazelnut ice cream

Friday
Lunch at Jimbaran Garden
(Set menu USD 40++)

In the afternoon, I went for spa in the hotel area. I chose the Balinese traditional spa treatment for 1 hour (USD 55 ++). It's very soothing.... :)

After the spa.

I had a chance to see an old lady was preparing the "offering"

Jimbaran Beach
Sunset at the Jimbaran beach.

Last dinner at Ko Japanese restaurant (a la carte)

Saturday
Last day in Bali.
Breakfast

In Jimbaran area, it's hardly to find shops thus, I decided to go to Kuta area for buying some snacks/souvenirs for my colleagues and friends.
It's a relaxing trip and for sure, also a very memorable one ;)
