Korean Air Meal

I'm so glad that for my trip to America, I flew with Korean Air. I really enjoyed the Korean food selections that being served.

Bibimbap and Seaweed soup.

Beef rice, morning tofu and Seaweed soup.
The morning tofu was eaten with sweet sour sauce, it's good!

Beef noodle with Soybean paste soup.
The beef noodle is a cold dish. It would be perfect to be eaten with the hot spicy sauce for the flavor but since I can't eat spicy food, the taste became kinda tasteless. The beef noodle tasted a bit bland. The Soybean paste soup tasted similar to Miso soup.

Korean congee with green tea sauce.

Topped with seaweed and Job's tears. As for the other topping that looks like sesame seeds, I'm not so sure what it is. I really enjoyed eating this congee for my breakfast, it's wonderful!

Korean green tea. It's not as strong as the Japanese green tea.

  2. Mmm, I wish the US airlines served things like bibimbap! I love that you can get fresh vegetables...in AIRLINE food.
