A Night in Singapore

Last week, I was in Singapore for only staying a night.

First day. I went for lunch in Market Street Interim Hawker Center. It's located at 5 Cross Street, right next to Telor Ayer MRT station. It was totally crowded when I arrived at this hawker center. I looked around what I should eat because there are so many delicious food. I was quite curious when I saw there was a very long line for Hor Fun (Chinese noodle made from rice). I directly joined the line to give it a try.

Ah Liang Ipoh Hor Fun - Unit No: 01-35

Fried Fish Dumpling Hor Fun - SGD 3.500
The hor fun was smooth mixed with flavorful savory dark sauce.

The fried fish dumplings were so tasty.

In the evening, I had dinner together with my Singaporean ex-classmate at Tendon Kohaku in Chinatown Point, 133 New Bridge Road.

Kohaku Tendon - SGD 15.00

The second day, before noon, I went to Lim Chee Guan which is well-known for their sweet meat.

Traditionally Chinese barbecue sweet meat.

I bought it for my mom.

From Lim Chee Guan store, I went to Changi Airport. I wanted to visit Jewel and also to try the famous Shake Shack burger. I

Before flying back to Jakarta, I still had time for dinner at Killiney Kopitiam in Terminal 1, Changi airport.
