As most of you know rujak (Malaysian term is Rojak) is fruit salad - slices of assorted tropical fruits eaten with brown sugar and chilli.
Then in Indoneisa we called our vegetable salad eaten with peanut sauce as Gado-gado.
This afternoon, I had rujak cingur which is a special rujak from East Java (actually it's like mixed rujak and gado-gado, it has fruit and also vegetable).
What is special of this rujak cingur? *wink*
"Cingur" means nose in Javanese, the main ingridients of rujak cingur also contains slices of cooked buffalo's or cow's nose!
