A. Baked macaroni with eggs and cheese
B. Corn pancake with red chili and shallot
C. Bauern Frühstück/ Farmer Breakfast
(Potato, egg, ham, sausage and onion)
D. Lapis Philippine cake
Lunch
E. Honey pork ribs, olive oil potato, steamed carrots, fruit salad
F. Pork’s tail with cai sim pickle and ginger
G. Ice salad with mayonnaise, honey and lime juice
H. Fried fish and french fries with white sauce.
Dinner
Left over from lunch, hehehe… :D

Wah you can really take spicy foods gal! I can see the bite marks on the green chili padi! My fav too .... must bite from the tail only have the kick !

Great food! How do you make the batter for the Tahu Goreng and Corn Pancake?
ReplyDeletelaveena: the batter of tahu goreng and corn pancake is the same and very simple ;) For tahu goreng, only flour, maizena starch(too add the crunchiness, water and salt. For the corn pancake, same as tahu goreng but I add eggs in order to glue the corn together.
