Telur Dadar (scrambled egg on a skewer)

I was walking in one of the streets in Bandung, looking something for a little snack, then suddenly this street vendor really caught my attention.

It's so interesting to see how he makes the scrambled eggs on the wooden skewers.

The vendor provides tomato ketchup and chili sauce.
It costs only 10 cents US$ /skewer

    that's like making cotton candy on oil, super fast haheaoe..... :D

    You know how the news on TV always feature culinary food and sometimes street food vendors ? I guess that guy's gonna be on TV soon, who knows :)
    I don't know if this is a common thing in Bandung these days, but this is the first time I've ever seen it....

    I agree with thenomadgourmand, it's oily la :)
    But it sure is fun to watch.... over and over again ;p

  28. great idea for the street vendors here in M'sia, who are only good at goreng pisang , tapioca and some other fruits ! Must find a way to bring them over here to have a real study tour ! unlike those Millions they wasted to go Taiwan to see dragons
