Fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon - Rp. 78.000
The taste of the bee hoon is very soft because PUTIEN Heng Hwa Bee Hoon is the only sundried vermicelly milled by hand in Putian. Unlike machine dried bee hoon, drying manually under the sun at the crack of dawn ensures the bee hoon is transculent, silky, fine, chewy but not brittle.
