Cindy told me about this Mochi Sweet in Plaza Indonesia. I was quite intrigued to try it.
There are so many flavors of mochi, from classic flavor to special concoction. The fillings are red bean or cream.
I was pretty surprised to find out that the mochi on the display are only replicas.
The real mochi size is smaller than the plastic replica mochi on the display rack.
Green Tea mochi - Rp. 13.000
I was happy that the filling was not too sweet and the mochi skin was so good - chewy with the right thickness, moistness and stickiness.

I see this at airport every time I go back to my hometown and have always been intrigued to try it, but never can get pass the price lol. Was it worth it for a piece of mochi?
ReplyDeletelily: Yes, it's actually pricey but it's worth it. But don't expect strong aroma like those fillings that use a lot of essence ;)
