This month, Pullman Jakarta Central Park is launching Italian à la carte menu at Collage All Day Dining. Chef Eric Baudru is responsible for all these wonderful Italian menu with all the fresh premium cheese imported directly from Italy. With these array of unique concoction of cheese with everything else, his menu will most probably leave your taste satisfied. Despite the steep prices, you would be convinced, as I am, that it is worth the splurge to pamper those taste senses once in a short while!
Antipasto Freddo Burrata Burrata Di Campania - Rp. 250.000
I have never seen such a beautiful presentation of tomato heirloom, fresh Burrata, basil spherification and pickled radish. This appetizer is good for 2 persons but for me, I would be more happy to have it all for myself.
Some people might not familiar with Burrata. Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese, made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella while the inside contains both mozzarella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture. It is also defined by some sources as an outer shell or mozzarella filled with butter or a mixture of butter and sugar. It is usually served fresh, at room temperature. The name "burrata" means "buttered" in Italian.

Tartufo Nero - Rp. 190.000
Low temperature turkey breast, black truffle scented winter vegetables puree, roasted turkey bone jus.
Everything was so tasty on this plate. I really loved the black truffle scented winter vegetables puree. Incredible!
Parmigiano Reggiano - Rp. 195.000
Roasted lamb scented with basil and parmesan, fennel and red pepper confit, honey natural jus.
A delicious roasted lamb but I prefer to have it medium rare.

Scrumptious assorted cheeses: Caciocavallo (a type of stretched-curd cheese made out of sheep's or cow's or buffalo's milk, shaped like a tear-drop), Scamorza Affumicata (smoked mozzarella), Ricotta and Burrata, micro cress salad
Panna Cotta - Rp. 150.000
Delectable Panna Cotta made of Ricotta with a dollop of aromatic mango and vanilla.
Another additional dish that is being introduced during this food tasting is a special French cake - La Galette des Rois (French King Cake) available in January 2014.

Chef Alexis is the one who made this La Galatte des Rois.
A very nice pastry made of puff pastry with filling made from or flavor with almonds. According to the French tradition, a dried bean or figurine is placed inside the cake, and whoever finds it in their piece is crowned as the “king” for the day.
