Rendang

I'm on my leave today. Nothing really to do, so I cooked for lunch. What did I cook? Yup, I made beef rendang. Hardly to believe that it tasted delicious especially because this is the first time I cook beef rendang :) It's quite easy to cook it but it takes about 2 hours.

I'm not so sure whether Rendang is originally an Indonesian or Malaysian cuisine because both claimed that Rendang is their traditional cuisine.
