Last week, an ex-colleague celebrated her birthday here. The gado-gado sauce is made from chasew nut.

Bumbu Desa - Jakarta

First time to have a lunch at this franchise Sundanese restaurant in Jakarta called Bumbu Desa. Before, I had try the one in Bandung. The food isn't bad and the atmosphere of the restaurant is quite nice.

Sugar cane is called Air Tebu in Indonesia. It's not too difficult to find stalls that sell air tebu in Jakarta. You can find in the food court at the malls or even on the streets.
