On my first night in Bangkok, I was invited to a dinner at a Thai restaurant that is serving "halal" food - no pork at all. The name of the restaurant is Rabiang Bung Muslim Food.
Inside the restaurant. It is set in a garden-like atmosphere. The restaurant was packed that night.
Fried fish in the garden.
On the top of the fish: fried chasew, fried peanuts, fried garlic, fried dried chili, fresh chili, slices of shallots, lime leaves.

An outstanding Tom Yum Gung.
The balance of tamarind sauce, chili paste and coconut milk with all the spices.
